Cookie Policy

What cookies we use

Essential cookies are always on: they keep you signed in, secure your session, and remember your cookie choice. If you arrive from a Google ad, we also store a first-party click id (wi_gclid) so a later ticket purchase can be attributed to that click. It does not load advertising tags and does not require the banner. These do not require consent.

Analytics & advertising cookies load only after you accept them in our consent banner. These include Google Tag Manager and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, which set third-party cookies (e.g. _fbp) to help us measure site usage and advertising. If you reject non-essential cookies, these tags are not loaded. Rejecting them does not delete wi_gclid.

Purchase and registration measurement

If you accept, we also use the buyer contact details provided at checkout to help Google and Meta match purchases and free registrations to our advertising. Email addresses, phone numbers and names are normalized and hashed before sharing. Where available, matching also uses country and postal code, advertising click identifiers and browser information.

This choice is optional and lasts up to 180 days. We carry your choice to Tito checkout even when advertising cookies are unavailable. We use the buyer’s details, rather than details of other ticket holders, and do not share ticket questionnaire answers for this measurement. We request a new choice when the measurement purpose changes.

Changing your choice

You can change your decision at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser, which will make the consent banner appear again. Rejecting non-essential cookies does not affect your ability to browse, buy tickets, or use your account.
